Welcome to New Haven Initiatives! We are proud to introduce our various give back programs and services our New Haven Homeowners Association, Inc. provides to our members and soon the broader Evansville, Indiana community. Each initiative aims to enhance the quality of life within our neighborhood by offering valuable resources, engaging activities, and meaningful support for senior/disability residents, low income families, and our youth through dedication & volunteerism.

Re-Newed Haven
The Re-Newed Haven Program is a volunteer-driven initiative by the New Haven Homeowners Association, Inc. designed to support our senior, low-income, and disabled homeowners in our small community and in Knight Township.
This program provides assistance with home repairs and improvements, both inside and out. We connect homeowners with vetted volunteer handymen, landscapers, painters and more! We also offer financial pledges toward high-cost repairs. Each participant is paired with an advocate to help them achieve their home renewal goals, ensuring personalized support and guidance throughout the process. Silver Haven
A support group program which is fully dedicated to providing sustenance to the lives of New Haven Senior Residents of our community.
The Silver Haven Program is an initiative by the New Haven Homeowners Association that focuses on enriching the lives of our senior residents. Through this program, we offer monthly brunch gatherings, transportation assistance, sign-ups for various financial services, and resource advocates who help seniors find the the help they need. Silver Haven is dedicated to fostering a sense of community, providing essential resources, and enhancing the well-being of our senior members. A program that does not just help our aging community stay in their homes, but gives them life outside of it as well.
