NHHOA Announcements & Updates

We are currently in our last month of our second quarter… please make sure you have made payments on your annual assessment based on your account type. Payment options and due dates can be found on the HOA Payment Center page. Remember, your July and October billing statements will be emailed to emails on file. It is each members responsibility to ensure the HOA has updated contact & email information. As always members can find HOA important documents or information on the documents page or the announcement page.

Summer Violation Notices: (click here to see flyer)

As part of our annual community inspections, a preliminary neighborhood walk-through was completed in March. Below is a list of common property concerns that have been reviewed. Violation Notices will be generated the beginning of June with a June 30th deadline to correct.

Property Clutter: Free and clear of clutter and/or trash from the street view. This includes front and sides of homes.
Over Grown Weeds: From Street view around home and shed areas
Ribbon Not Cleared Out: Must be cleaned out and free of over grown grass/weeds, dirt, debris or sludge.
Major Property Structural Issues: Contact HOA if you have questions about this.
Properly Tagged, Stored or Broken Down Cars/Boats/Campers: Please refer to your CC&R s in regard to this issue. Members will need to start this process now, but may receive a reminder about it this summer if it applies. Reminders are not notices, and allows the member to become aware of the issue before a notice is issued.

Our goal is to help keep New Haven clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone, while maintaining our property value. You can review the Association’s full Violation Enforcement Process on the Documents page of the website.

FENCE STAINING PROGECT IS UNDERWAY! this project started later than expected but is moving right along. We should be finished within a few weeks. Please let us know by email, call, or text message if you can spare some time to help volunteer! Any help is appreciated.
